One more, stumbling great sites may not get you anything back, stumble medium sized ones, the owners will turn back... Also, if you stumble any blog post, inform in the comment that you have stumbled...

I would suggest stumbling more sites other than your own than the ratio you give of 1:5. More like 20 other sites for each of your own. Also, be selective when you add friends as there is a limit of only 200 friends!
